This option allows you to Cancel an Authorized Sales Delivery Challans created through Delivery Challan Entry as well as Delivery Challan Entry General option.
Once a Delivery Challan is Authorized, it can neither be changed nor deleted but it can be Canceled through this option.
Specify the Cancellation details as follows -
DC Type:Specify the type of Delivery Challan that has to be Canceled from the given popup. Select 'SalesDC' if you want to cancel an existing Sales Delivery Challan created through Delivery Challan Entry option. Select 'DCGeneral' if you want to cancel an existing Sales Delivery Challan created through Delivery Challan Entry General option.

Year:Current financial year will be displayed by default. It can not be changed.

Group:Specify the Group of Delivery Challan Cancellation. Please note that the Group which has been specified as default for the selected financial year ( - 'SalesDC', - 'DCGeneral') through Document Control Master option in Administrator Toolswill be displayed automatically. You can change it by clicking on the field to access a list of already defined Delivery Challan Cancellation Groups for the entered Year though Document Control Master option in Administrator Tools Module. Select your desired Group from the list by scrolling down to it and pressing <ENTER>.

Site:Denotes the Site of Delivery Challan Cancellation. By default the Site if any specified with the selected Delivery Challan Cancellation Group ( - SalesDC, - 'DCGeneral') will be displayed automatically. Click on the field to access a list of already defined Sites. Select your desired Site from the list by scrolling down to it and pressing <ENTER>. Alternatively you can also enter the Site Code. ( - 'SalesDC', - 'DCGeneral') flag is 'On' through Document Control Master option in Administrator Tools Module, than only those Sites will be displayed which have been linked with the selected Year and Delivery Challan Cancellation Group.In case the 'Site Required' flag is 'Off', than all the Sites that have been defined for the current Company through Site Master option of Administrator Tools Module will be displayed.

Number:Delivery Challan Cancellation Number will be automatically generated by the system and the last number will be incremented by one for current financial year.

Date:Today's date will be displayed by default. You can change it. This is the Date up to which the Delivery Challans created should be displayed in the list below.

Click on 'Search' button to continue.
A list of Delivery Challans that have been created on or before the specified Date and have not been Canceled will be displayed as follows -
Please note that only those Delivery Challans will be displayed -
If 'SalesDC' has been selected, Sales Delivery Challans created through Delivery Challan Entry option will be considered. If 'DCGeneral' has been selected, Sales Delivery Challans created through Delivery Challan Entry General option will be considered.
Click on a particular Delivery Challan that has to be Canceled. Only one Delivery Challan can be Canceled at a time.
Once selected, click on 'Save' button to finally Cancel the selected Delivery Challan.
You can also <DoubleClick> on the record to view the details of the selected Delivery Challan. Please note that this screen is only for view purpose and no changes can be done through it in the Delivery Challan.
Click on 'Cancel' button to discard.
