Work Order Cancellation

This option allows to Cancel an existing Work Order. Once a Work Order is Canceled, it will not be available any more. A Work Order can be Canceled only if it has been authorized through Work Order Authorization option and Labour Indent does not exist against it.

Field Description of Work Order Cancellation

A grid populated with Work Orders that have already been authorized is displayed as above. Moreover, the system will not display those Work Orders against which open Labour Indent(s) exist through Indent Entry option of Sub Contracting Module.

Moreover you can also view details of a particular Work Order by clicking on its corresponding row in the grid. Please note you can only view the Work Order and not make any changes to it.

Click on the small white box to select or de-select a particular Work Order Number.

You can cancel multiple Work Orders through this option. Please note that only selected Work Orders will be canceled.

Once you have selected all the relevant Work Orders, click on 'Save' button to finally Cancel them or 'Cancel' button to discard.
